V2MOM

A V2MOM is a strategic planning tool that is used to identify and prioritize an organization's goals and objectives. It is an acronym that stands for Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures. It helps to ensure that everyone is working towards the same Vision and that all actions and decisions are aligned with the organization's values. It can also serve as a tool for tracking progress and making course corrections as needed. It was developed by Marc Benioff, the co-founder and CEO of Salesforce, as a simple and effective way to align an organization's Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures.

Nimba has Salesforce in its DNA. Given the company's deep expertise in and commitment to the Salesforce platform, it feels natural for us to adopt V2MOM as our strategic planning tool.

Our V2MOM helps to align our team members around a common Vision and set of Values, and to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals and objectives as we refine our offerings.

A V2MOM is a living document. By regularly reviewing and updating it, we are better able to track our progress, make course corrections as needed, and communicate with our customers.
